This is an olive drab blanket as issued to
US troops and often but not always stamped with the
US logo. Measurements do vary but the general dimensions are 2.06m (6ft 8ins) x 1.65m (5ft 5ins). Made from approximately 70% wool and 30% synthetic material, these
blankets will keep you warm yet have a softer feel than traditional army
blankets. The
blankets are single nap pressed wool rather than woven and as the design has remained relatively unchanged for years, they are in great demand by re-enactors. A good, general purpose olive drab blanket.
